BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

This full-time position will perform recording and filing, issue marriage license, register voters, assist the public with record retrieval, and scan documents to digital images. Employee will be able to understand and read legal instruments and determine if they meet the statutory requirements for recording, determine indexing requirements and the recording fees for such documents. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
